The Benefits of Polyurethane Foam & Sealants

Here is the ideal solution for filling joints between walls, ceilings and floors, as well as gaps around pipes, windows and doorframes. Den Braven's Polyurethane (PU) Foam is a one-component, fast-curing construction foam based on a moisture curing system.

Den Braven's PU Foam is packaged in hand-held aerosol canisters of 500ml and 750ml. The hand-held canisters are supplied with a applicator nozzle for ease of application making any DIY job a pleasure. This product is also available in a aerosol Gun foam version, where an special applicator gun is used for precise application. Foam cleaner should be used to clean the applicator gun making re-use very easy for many years.

Hybriflex LM is a convenient one-component, non bubbling, moisture curing, low modulus sealant and adhesive. Free from isocynates, silicones and solvents. Excellent adhesion to most substrates. Highly resistant to ageing and weathering. Hybriflex LM is environmentally friendly and easy to use.

The Polyflex Sealant-15 LM (one part Polyurethane sealant) features high elongation characteristics of up to 800 per cent, in line with ISO 37 specifications, and has excellent durability. It can be painted and is ideal as a sealant in exterior and interior joints in concrete, natural stone, asbestos, wood, enamelled surfaces, steel, aluminium and zinc.

It is also recommended as a jointing sealant for building joints such as expansion joints between building elements and construction joints on wooden, metal or artificial window frames. Polyflex LM 15 comes in 310 ml cartridges or even in 600ml foil packs. Ranges of applicators are also available from Den Braven.
