New from Den Braven is Hybriflex
LM, MM, HM, a convenient one-component moisture
curing, high modulus sealant and adhesive.
The product has excellent adhesion properties
and is suitable for permanent elastic sealing or
gluing on a wide variety of interior and
exterior surfaces.
Properties
Free from isocyanates, silicones, phtalates and
solvents.
Excellent adhesion to most substrates.
Highly resistance to ageing and weathering.
Resistant to water, salt water, grease, oils,
fuels, defrosting liquids, detergents,
aliphatics fats, mildew, weak acids and bases
(prior compatibility test necessary).

Where to use
Permanent elastic sealing or glueing on interior
and exterior for any type of building material
as : wood, MDF, brick, gypsum, concrete, natural
stones, tiles, ceramic, steel, aluminium, zinc,
cooper, brass, stainless and chrome steel,
glass, plastics, ABS, roofing and isolating
material.

| Spectrum Seal Universal |

Zwaluw Spectrum Seal Universal
is a sanitary, plasticizer free, one component
silicone sealant for sealing building joints and
glazing systems.
The product is neutral and almost odourless.
After application the silicone cures with
atmospheric moisture to form a durable rubber
seal.
Applications
- Glazing joints and parameter and curtain waal
sealing.
- Joints in sanitary rooms like in bathrooms.
- joint sealing between natural stone like
marble and granite and other strong absorbing
substrates.
- Construction and expansion joints to precast
concrete, masonry and brickwork
In general Zwaluw Spectrum Seal may be used,
also without primer, on glass, glazed surfaces,
porcelain, coated metal, aluminium and many
other metals and plastics.
On porous substrates like concrete a primer may
be necessary.
Limitations
Among others not recommended for locations
subject to continuous water emersion and not for
aquaria, PE, PP, Teflon and bituminous surfaces.
Not paintable.
Surface preparation and finishing
Surfaces must be clean, dry and sound. If
necessary use a primer. See primer Selection
Guide and TB 02-95.
Adhesion tests prior to the application are
recommended. Finish with Zwaluw Finisher. See TB
03-95.

The product is available is almost every colour.
